The design and furniture of the hotel were really nice. The staff was friendly and cute. The room wassuper clean and cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the old city and was well connected to other areas.

We loved the location, only a short walk away from the Grand Palace and Khao San Road. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who lent us a hairdryer when ours didn't work. The laundry facilities were a nice touch too. Overall we'd recommend Chern for budget travellers.

We loved staying in this hotel in the heart of the city. This hotel's location is unbeatable as it is in a busy district with convenient taxis where we could visit many must-visit temples within walking distance.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry station and all the main activities of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was tidy. I particularly enjoyed the use of the small kitchen area, which made it easy to prepare a quick snack when needed.
The hotel was reluctant to help with arranging taxis, which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff at the reception desk are helpful, and you even get complimentary water every day. The location is within 15-20 minutes walking distance to various tourist attractions in the old town.
