The design and furniture of the hotel were really nice. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the old city and was well connected to other areas.
The location was not great, as there were not many attractions or amenities nearby. the Wi-Fi was limited to only two devices, which was a bit inconvenient.

We loved the location, only a short walk away from the Grand Palace and Khao San Road. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who lent us a hairdryer when ours didn't work. The laundry facilities were a nice touch too. Overall we'd recommend Chern for budget travellers.

We loved staying in this hotel in the heart of the city. It was super clean and offered great hotel facilities like a laundry area, vending machine and an efficient lift. This hotel's location is unbeatable as it is in a busy district with convenient taxis where we could visit many must-visit temples within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry station and all the main activities of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was tidy. I particularly enjoyed the use of the small kitchen area, which made it easy to prepare a quick snack when needed.
The hotel was reluctant to help with arranging taxis, which was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel offers great value for money with super affordable rates. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfy beds and basic amenities provided. The staff at the reception desk are helpful, and you even get complimentary water every day. The location is within 15-20 minutes walking distance to various tourist attractions in the old town.
